It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew F. Kulick D. O. of Clarkston, Michigan, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lynne; his children, Brian Kulick (Megan Bonini), Kristyn Kulick and Rachel Kulick; his parents, Dr. Richard Kulick and Theresa Kulick; his siblings, Julie Jonik (Bruce), Lisa Merrill (Bruce), Debbie Meehan (Dan) and Richard Kulick; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Richter (Steve), John Kraly (Cindy) and William Kraly (Jennifer). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Any donations to the family will be used toward a scholarship in Matt's memory.
