He is survived by: his parents, Ted Clark and Patricia Clark; his siblings, Aaron Clark (Erika), Jen Adams (Jason) and Ashley Blinstrub (Matt); his niece Rebecca Oleskie; his aunts and uncles, Sue Clark, Greg Clark, Ken Burgess (Kathi), Mike Burgess (Doreen), Shari Oleskie (Nick), Wanda Brooks (Chris) and Kristie Henson (TJ); and his cousins, Stan Blomberg (Rhonda), Scott Blomberg (Kim), Kim Wainwright (Karl), Teri Clark Baermann, Dan Clark Jr. (Becky), Rebecca Clark, Melissa Clark, Amanda Clark, Tami Gaines (David), Sara Partyka (Steve), Chad Gaucher (Nicole), David Burgess (Tammy), Michael Moffett, Brad Burgess (Amy), Austin Oleskie, Nicole Brooks, Jessica Brooks, Kim Brooks Jr., Joshua Womble (Sade) and Jaqueline.
In lieu of flowers, any donations to the family will be used for a monument in Matt's memory at Ortonville Cemetery.
