It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Susan Marshall of Clarkston, Michigan, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ballard Parsons and Esta Parsons of Wayne; her sister Marjorie Queen; her nephew Shane Queen; and also James "Mouse" Parsons of Wayne.

She is survived by: her husband Gary Marshall; her daughter Tandem Lee Graves of Clarkston, Michigan; and her grandchildren, Nathanael Graves of Clarkston, Lucas Graves of Clarkston and Joelle Graves of Orlando, Florida. She is also survived by 5 nieces; 4 great nieces; 1 great nephew; 1 great great niece; and a host of cousins, friends.

“Mary was my friend for 30 years. I will miss her generous spirit, kind heart, and sunny disposition. I never heard her say a bad word about anyone. Her philosophy was about love and acceptance. She was truly a religious person, never preaching but leading by example. She gave her love, time and her resources to so many, (That included every stray animal that crossed her path). How much fun we had meeting for lunch and sharing kid and grandkids stories. Mary will forever be in my heart.”
