She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Bush and Syble Bush; and her siblings, Mollie McMaster, Nellie Walker, Ronald Bush and Paul Bush.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Leptich; her children, Kathleen Wood (David) and Craig Morse; her stepsons, Joseph Leptich (Kimberly) and Robert Leptich (Baojun); and her sister Linda Sentell. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donation can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
