She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Urban; and her father Harry Borucki. She is survived by: her children, Ashley and Alex; her mother Clarisse Borucki; her siblings, Robert Borucki and Diane Borucki (Mitch Robbins); her parents-in-law, Bob and Betty Urban; her siblings-in-law, Dave, Lori, John (Jan) and Carole Urban; and her nieces, Jessica Biggs (Tony) and Jenna Kragt (Brian).
