He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Wilson and Lillian Wilson; and his siblings, Paul and Carol. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy; his children, Lane Allen Wilson II, Sean Wilson and Michael Wilson; and his brothers, Luther Wilson (Judy) and Wayne Wilson (Sandy).

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
