He was predeceased by: his father Leigh; and his daughter Madison. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Nathan and Ava; his mother Sharon Guerin; his siblings, Richard Guerin (Debbie) and Karie White; his mother-in-law Mary Pasfield (late John); and his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Monterosso (Dominic) and Frank Pasfield. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.

Due to governmental covid restrictions, private family funeral service will be Friday 10:00am at the funeral home (services will be posted on his website for friends).
