She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Perdue and Madlyn Perdue. She is survived by: the father of her children James O. Sr.; her children, Sandra Collins (Todd), James O. Jr. Collins (Noel Hennion), Tanya Collins and Roxanne Collins (Roi); and her siblings, Sue Taylor, Dale Perdue Jr., Louann Blehm and Diana Wicks.
