He was predeceased by: his son John "Ted" Womack, Jr.; and his grandson John "Teddy" Womack, III. He is survived by: his wife Muriel "JoAnne"; his daughter Lori Parmelee (Mark); his grandchildren, Mark, Jason Parmelee and Nicole Wiltse (Reggie); and his great grandchildren, Jerimiah and Isiah.
