With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John C. Acton of Clarkston, Michigan, who passed away on November 23, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cicero M. Acton and Bessie Acton (Osborne). He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Laura Phou, Jane Williams (William), James Acton (Elisabeth Kraus-Acton) and Ruth Acton; his grandchildren, Michael Phou (Elisabeth), Jonathon Phou, Antonia Kraus, Jack DeWitt and Colin DeWitt; his great grandchildren, Ella and Emma; his siblings, Jack Acton (Joanne) and Cicero Acton (Linda); his sister-in-law Martha Acton; and his siblings, Milton, Freda, Grace, Lovetta and Charles "Bud".
