He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his children, Jim Zeleznik (Judy), Tracey Zeleznik, Amy Zeleznik and Tom Zeleznik (Sheri); and his siblings, Paul Zeleznik (Pam) and Pauline Zeleznik.
