He is survived by: his children, Jonni Jackson (Ken) and Angie Rakowski (Mike); his grandchildren, Jeff (Adriana), Tyler and Kaylee; his great grandchild Aurora; his stepgrandsons, Michael and Matthew; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Maverick and Charlotte; and his brothers, Jim Mayo (Arla) and Jay Mayo (Jean).
