He was predeceased by: his sons, Ryan Lee Johnson and Cody B. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his son Alex Johnson (Candace); his grandsons, Mason and Johnny; his parents, David Durham and Susan Durham; his sibling Holli Deloe (Jon); his nieces and nephews, Kate and Reese; and his siblings-in-law, Terry and John Traynor. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, extended family, and friends.
