He was predeceased by: his wife Diane. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Davis (Robin), Karen Smith (Mike), Kristine Zielinski and Karrie Tarajos (Andy); his grandchildren, Jessica Marlatt (Jack), Justin Davis (Katharina), Eric Smith, Rochelle Smith and Jenna Tarajos; and his brothers, Tom Zielinski (Halina) and Ron Piwonski (Theresa).

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
