He was predeceased by: his wife Velma. He is survived by: his children, Vickie Smitha (Mike), Doug Manigold (Debbie) and Lori Mullen (Gene); his grandchildren, Scott Powell, Kellie Smitha, Michael Smitha, Jessica Bronsteen (Kyle), Tracy Johnson (Eric), Michael Manigold, Breanne Mullen, Andrew Mullen (Lisa) and Matthew Mullen (Mollie); and his great grandchildren, Madison, Nicholas, Easton and Tanner.
