He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Everts and Peggy Everts; and his siblings, Rebecca and Matthew.

"JB", "Our Jackie" - we are just so grateful to have been your parents for 22 years. In lieu of flowers, the Everts family is kindly requesting donations to a scholarship fund in Jack's name to benefit the Oakview Middle School Track & Field team.
