With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Hazen of Clarkston, Michigan, born in Malone, New York, who passed away on March 10, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold D. Hazen and Mildred Hazen (Frary); his wife Patricia "Patty" (Clement); his sons, Brett (late Joan Petrella), Brian (Christina Volis) of Rochester Hills, MI and Christopher of Auburn Hills, MI; his grandchildren, Emily Hazen, Katherine Hazen, Alexis Hazen, Taylor Lintz and Alec Lintz; his siblings, Philip (Kathy Adams), David (Louise), Jane Dyke (Warren), Ruth Sargeant (Dale) and Gina Hazen; and his sister-in-law Nancy Ansteth (Bill).

Favorite charities were Drew's Home of Clarkston, the Prostate Cancer Foundation, and St. Jude's Children Hospital.
