He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his daughter Teresa Jo Davidson; and his parents, Cecil Walker and Ethel Shields. He is survived by: his sons, Biff Lewis (Lynn) and Rhett Lewis (Blanca); and his grandchildren, John, Danielle, Annie, Brian, Cyndi, Helen Jeanette and Kevin. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
