He is survived by: his children, Nancy Breen (Pat) and Scott Blaylock (Pam); his grandchildren, Rachel, Audrey, Kevin, Andrew, Ryan, Jack, James and Pearl; and his siblings, Galen Blaylock (Lola), Bill Blaylock (Dottie) and Barbara Davidson (Donald).
