He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna; his children, Erica Lopez Negrete (Michael Smith), Carlos Lopez Negrete and Diana Lopez Negrete (Michael McKeown); his grandchildren, Alexander Smith, Esperanza Lopez Negrete and Justin Smith; and his siblings, Elvira Lopez Negrete (late Jamie), Patricia Lopez Negrete, Salvador Lopez Negrete and Teresa Hemmert (Jerry). He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lewis E. Wint and Son Funeral Home (5929 S Main St, City of the Village of Clarkston, MI 48346). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 10:30 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. Daniel Catholic Church (7010 Valley Park Dr, City of the Village of Clarkston, MI 48346).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org) or the Michigan Humane Society.
