She is survived by: her children, Craig Anthony Maddox, Kim Marie Willett (Scott) and James Arthur Maddox (Michele); her grandchildren, Kameron, Matthew, Nikole, Madison, Pruitt and Trevor Cooper; and her great grandchild Aliya.
