She is survived by: her husband Millard; her children, Jack Cheek (Patricia) and Vickie Blackstone (Steve); and her siblings, Jim Lee Johnson (Alice), Betty Joyce Miracle, Dorothy Hess and Lee Roy Johnson (Sharon). She is also survived by 5 siblings; survived by many nieces and nephews.
