He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his daughter Carrie Dill; his granddaughter Heather Dill; and his siblings, Don Mattinson (late Ellen), Beatrice Tuttle (late Virgil), Walt Greenacre (late Jean), Marge Kurrle (late Calvin), Mary Odil (late James) and Dale Mattinson.
He is survived by: his son Steven Mattinson (Kari); his grandchildren, Ben Dill, Raymond Dill, Codi Mattinson and Karlie Mattinson; his great grandchild Isla; and his sister-in-law Sharon Mattinson.
