He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Laura; his children, Samantha Stark (Gil), Chris Lenz (Dom), David Lenz (Lisa) and Frederick William John Lenz III; and his grandchildren, Andrew (Erin), Cameron, Owen, Emerson, Leo, Hugh, Finn, Charlotte, Nickolas and Ayden.
