He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Lee Cozart and Ann Corinne Phagan; his fiancée Dawn; his former wife Gracie Pauline Allen; his children, Eugene Cozart, Donna Cozart and Donald Collins (Amber); his grandchildren, Christina "Chrissy", Jolene, Shelby, Kevin, Zackary, Christopher, Kaleb, Donald Jr. and Savonnah; his great grandchildren, Asher, Apollo, Brynlee, Lydia, Eddy, Emily and Patrick Jr.; his siblings, Dennis Cozart, Becky Cozart, Victor Cozart, Sheila Kirby, Mary Cozart, Carl Cozart (Aleta), Judith Trottier and Michael Ulanski (Jill); and his stepsister Luanne.
