He is survived by: his mother Lois Lowe (Lockwood); his siblings, Teresa Stites (Russ) and Thomas Lowe (Mai); his niece Jenna Lowe; his nephews, Mike Stites (Kellie), Mark Stites (Didi) and Jason Stites (Stephanie); and his close friend Scott Palmer. He is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews.
