She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kautz and Ruth Kautz; her husband Terrence "Terry" Rudd Sr. Loving; and her brother Jack Kautz. She is survived by: her children, Terry Rudd Jr. (Jennifer) and Kelly Brien (Kirk); her grandchildren, Jack, Madeline, Nathan, Teddy and Bobby; and her brother Jimmy Kautz (Barb).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in Terry and Connie's name for the Stepanski Early Childhood Center.
