She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Forsyth; her children, Wendy Forsyth-Smith and Lawrence Forsyth II; and her grandson Luke Forsyth. She is survived by: her children, Alan Forsyth (Cindy), Lisa Forsyth and Pam Baron (Randy); her grandchildren, Alan Forsyth, Brooke DenHerder, Brad Baron, Brenden Smith and Kylee Smith; and her great grandchildren, Easton and Hadley DenHerder.
