She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Slivensky and Louise Slivensky; her husband Thomas Edward Butler; her son Thomas Michael Butler; and her siblings-in-law, William Butler (Barney) and Kathryn Everett.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann Marie Engler (Samuel); her grandchildren, Anthony LaJoie and Kelly Bills (Darin); her great grandchildren, Anna Marie, Delaney Charlotte and Levi Paul Bills; her brother Alex Slivensky (Gloria); and her siblings-in-law, Michael Butler (Joanne), Mary Jane Mikolajczyk and Debbie Butler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
