He was predeceased by: his brother Kirk. He is survived by: his sons, Jacob and Nathan Willoughby; his parents, Kathy Willoughby and Jim Willoughby; his sisters, Melissa Driscoll (Tim) and Leah Smith (Julius); and his nieces and nephews, Samantha, Ryan, Colin, Cameron and Mia.

Memorial donations may be made to Michigan Humane Society (https://www.michiganhumane.org) in honor of Brian's love for animals, or to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
