He was predeceased by: his mother Agnes Carie; and his nephew Scott Fields. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Fields (Megan) and Matt Fields (Nicole); his siblings, Cathy Bates (Mike) and Kirk Fields (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Emilee, Lucas, Kinslee, Brady and Isla; and his father Delmer Fields (Darlene).
