He was predeceased by: his parents, John Abel and Myrtle Abel; and his sister Janice Abel Meager. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth and Nick; his brothers, Gary Abel (Alicia) and David Abel; his parents-in-law, Larry Hould, Laura Hilaski and Luanne Vander Laan (Steve); his close friend Mike Keith; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
