He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Linda Cook and Lynn Stephens; his spouse Jen; his sons, Kris (Stacey), Brandon and Nick (Taylor); his grandchildren, Madison, Marlee and Michelle; his brother Craig (Paula); his grandparents, Jill Stephens, Hugh Stephens, Allen Cook and Jean Cook; his parents-in-law, Raymond Lahti and Lillian Stanley; and his pet Kuda.
