He is survived by: his daughters, Lynne Bentley (Tony Merlo), Gail Bentley (David Bomgaars), Jill Bentley and Elise Fish (Brian); his grandchildren, Anders Mavis (Michelle), Zoe Mavis, Lyssa Bomgaars, Brett Potter, Elizabeth Willingham (Jade), Lex Anderson and Maris Anderson; his sister-in-law Wilma Nichols; and his cousin Myra Breakey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
