Ruiz of Clarklake, Michigan, born in Highland Park, Michigan, who passed away on December 12, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Ruiz and Caroline Ruiz (Maino); his siblings, Manuella Ruiz and Eugene Ruiz; and his parents-in-law, Irwin and Frances Bloom (Day).

He is survived by: his wife Vicki F. Ruiz (Bloom); his children, Marie Pettis (Scott) and Jeff Ruiz; his grandchildren, Greg Bryant (Victoria), Dylan Bryant (Trisha), Tyler Pettis, Dustin Ruiz and Zoe Ruiz; his great grandchildren, Payton, Wyatt and Waylon Bryant; his sister-in-law Dawn Mannor (Jim); his niece Erin Zalma (Kevin); his great-niece Adeline Zalma; and his great-nephew Austin Zalma.

For those who wish, contributions in Clem's memory may be given to the Michigan Center Lions Club or the Lions of Michigan Foundation.
