It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alice Veronica Spangler (Clarklake, Michigan), who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Schroeder and Gertrude Schroeder of Kalida; her sisters, Mary Ann Schroeder, Jane Schroeder, Grace Schulte and Marjorie O'Neil; and her son-in-law Carl Frantz.
She is survived by: her children, Leland Joseph Spangler (Denise), Tracey Natke (Paul), Shannon Frantz and Celene Jackson (Christopher); and her siblings, James Schroeder (Virginia), Ruth Altstaetter, Ronald Schroeder (Elizabeth) and Carole Kelley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Rita Catholic Church or to Lumen Christi High School.
