He is survived by: his wife Christine Garrett; his sons, Daniel Baxter (Heather) of Milford and David Baxter (Michele) of Farwell; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Brittni, Alivia, Garrett and Riley Baxter; his sisters, Barbara Tilmann, Betz Baxter and Mary Ellen Simons (Dale); his close friend Michelle Chandler; and his pets, Fluffy and Midnight.
