He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Roy" Davis, and Ethal Davis, Sr. (Itus-Blackburn); his wife Mary C. Davis, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Davis; and his sisters, Beulah Jolley and Margaret Davis.
He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Davis III (Rachael) of Maryland, Karen Davis-Gruen (Ingolf) of Columbia, MO., Kenneth Davis of Romulus, Suzanne Shoda (Andy) of Plano, TX. and Kathleen Meadowcroft (Gary) of Farwell; and his grandchildren, Leighann, Sean, William R. IIII, Ian, Toby, Ash, Andrew, Brianne, Anthony, Mary and Bailey. He is also survived by his thirteen great-grandchildren.
