Verna Magnus-Green Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Magnus-Green (Clare, Michigan), who passed away on March 9, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Avery Barber and Lydia Barber (Reynolds); her husband John C. Magnus; her former husband Kay C. Green; her son Joel; and her siblings, Don Barber, Gerald Barber, Arlo Barber, Ellis Barber, Helen Sanders, Stella Rydman, Donna Clark and Larry Barber.
She is survived by: her children, Darla, Brian Schmittner, Michael, Terri Magnus and Michelle Magnus; and her siblings, Ernie Barber (Jocelyn) of Gainesville, Fla., Elton Barber of Pontiac, June Donald, Wanda West (Gene) of Beaverton, Marcia Wagner (Curt) of Green Valley, Dewey Barber (Vicki) of Houghton Lake and Bruce Barber (Mary) of East Jordan. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
