She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bouchey and Cecile Bouchey (Cook); her husband John Small (Arthur Schrader); her children, John Myers, Kent Myers, Sandra Rich and Caroline Alexander; and her siblings, Clifton Bouchey, Charlotte Livingston, Lida Myers, Janet Simuea, Jack Bouchey, Ilene Caulkins and Lewis Bouchey.
She is survived by: her former husband Albert Myers; her friends, John and Arthur Schrader; her daughter Mary Ann James (Jim Davis) of Clare; and her brother Willis Bouchey (Betty) of Clare. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren, her many great and great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in honor of Vergilene may be directed to the North Woods Nursing Center's memorial garden.
