It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger W. Lower of Clare, Michigan, who passed away on February 8, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lower and Ellen Lower (Munger); his son Brian; and his siblings, Dale, Duane, Bob and Beatrice.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Lower (Cindy) of Lakeland, Fla., Greg Lower (Cindy) of New Market and Jeff Lower of Clare; and his sisters, Myra Moore and Marlene Fournier.
