He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Sr. Cook and Bertha Cook (Prible); his wife Oleta; and his stepchildren, Rena, Erma, Agnes, Ron, Grandchildren, Brent, Brandon, Travis, Brandy, Harry and Joe.
He is survived by: his former wife Janet; his children, Bob, Jill (Rob), Michelle and Sue; his grandchildren, Erma, Agnes, Harry, Ron, Sue, Vern and David; his siblings, Harry, Mildred (Millie) and Milo Jr.; his granddaughter Jennifer; his children, Richard "Rick" (Sheila), Jeremy, Justin and Marisa; his sisters, Betty and Joyce; and his grandchildren, Ben, Tim, Joe, Bob, Mike, Tracy, Jeremy, Jamie and Lucas. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
