He is survived by: his wife Carol Cooper (Johnson) of Clare; his children, Kim Coulter of Clare, Tim Cooper (Robin) of Farwell, Jeff Cooper (Julie) of Harrison and Craig Cooper of Clare; his siblings, Calvin Cooper (Carol), Clinton Cooper (Lucy), Richard Cooper, Ken Cooper (Sharon), Katherine Peckins (Harold) and Jeanie Sprague (Lance); and his sister-in-law Nila Cooper. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stephenson - Wyman Funeral Home (1005 N McEwan St, Clare, MI 48617). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials are suggested to MyMichigan Hospice or the Colonville Bible Church.
