He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Heng and Sarah Heng (Fitzpatrick); his grandson Andrew McCormick; and his sister Veronica Martin. He is survived by: his children, Anna McCormick (Brian Radde), Carla Hawthorne (John) and Gregory Gutierrez; and his nephew Mike Martin (Shelley). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
