He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Joseph Sprague Sr. and Sara Rose White-Pigeon; his parents-in-law, Albert and Betsey Alonzo (Hall); his sisters, Linda Shomin (Paul) and Alberta; his grandfather Joseph Sprague Jr.; and his sister-in-law Angela Sprague.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue Alonzo; his sons, Lewis Jason Sprague Jr. and Amos George Cloud (Fern); his grandchildren, Isabella L. Cloud, Galvin Hatfield, George A. Cloud, Samual T. Cloud, Waakiin Lewis Sprague, Biidaasge Allen Sprague, Faerolee Rae, Luella Fern, Wren Rosanne and Yarrow Sioux; his siblings, George Sprague, Joanne Peters, Matthew Sprague, Henry Sprague (Sue), Marion Falcon (Andy) and Timothy Sprague; and his great grandchildren, Maleki Dye and Amadeaus Dye. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
