She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Mount and Katherine Mount (Maxon); her husband William Dorland; the father of her children Jim Smith; her brother Roy Mount; and her grandson Eugene Plonski.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Billings (Jack) of Crystal, David Smith (Linda) of Coleman and Corienne Smith of Copemish; and her sister June Peterson (Bob) of Grayling, Michigan.. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 16 Great-grandchildren, and two Great-great-grandchildren.
