He was predeceased by: his father Harry Phelps; his sister Amy Sandel; and his parents-in-law, Ron and Gale Haggart. He is survived by: his sons, James Phelps and Jonathan Phelps; his granddaughter Jade James Phelps; his sister-in-law Rhonda DenBesten (Mike); his mother Sharon McBride (Grace); and his siblings, William Phelps (Terry), Andrew "Bird" Phelps (Sharon) and Lisa Burr (Steve). He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
