He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Warner (Bellinger); his stepmother Mary Jo Warner; and his grandparents, Henry Warner (Dorothy) and Marion Bellinger. He is survived by: his father Stanley Warner; his wife Karen Chinavare; his sons, Nicholas Warner of Austin, TX and Samuel Warner of Dallas, TX.; his siblings, Troy Lee (Cindy), Brian Warner (Kellie), Greg Warner and Janelle Warner; his mother-in-law Linda Chinavare; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Chinavare (Sarah) and Ken Chinavare (Jodi). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
