He is survived by: his wife Denise Machuta; his children, Daniel Machuta of Weidman, David Machuta of Brighton and Matthew Machuta (Jamie) of Clarksville, TN; and his grandchildren, Morgan and Owen. He is also survived by 2 brothers and 6 sisters.
