She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Smith and Evelyn Smith (Charboneau); and her husband Charles L. Hurst. She is survived by: her children, Cassandra Sovereign (Eric) of Kaleva, MI., Scott De Lozier (Julie Green) of St. Louis, MO. and Laura Warren (Samantha Bohy) of Sanford; her grandchildren, Scott, Brianne, Amanda, Jade, Bailey, Jarett, Austin, Ashley, Peyton, Rachael and Chloe; her great grandchild Hayden; and her siblings, Melinda Thomas of Detroit, Jeri Brewer of Detroit, Paul Smith of Detroit and LuAnn Strauss of Mt. Pleasant. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
